We were out of country so we didn't know anything about what was going on until we got back. They were insistant that we had to leave a contact so we did. Our dog like many floppy eared dogs suffers from life long ear infections. They called the contact no less than 5 times by their own admission to give the okay to take him to their vet. He finally gave in and allowed them to call the vet. \r

It was just a scam I think. I have no proof but I wouldn't be surprised there was a kickback of some sort involved.\r
