booked a room 2 months in advance. showed up with our confirmation number and the name of the person we booked with. were told they did not have a record of our reservation. were told we had no proof.... isn't that what a confirmation number is for?\r
Horribly rude, unprofessional, made no effort to help repair thier mistake. women at desk rolled her eyes. i have never experienced such horrible customer service. do not support this bussiness you will be sorry...
