I live in a condo with a very old HVAC unit that works both centrally through the condo building and independent in terms of controlling heat/air to my individual condo. The HVAC unit had quit working altogether. There was no wiring schematic and no manual. When the cover was taken off the unit, the visible tubing and wiring was scary to say the least. The Applewood Tech was patient and diligent and perservered until he found the wire that had shorted out and disabled the unit. I truly believe many techs would have simply given up, charged me the service call and wished me good luck! I will definitely recommend Applewood and will use them again.
