This was one of the cheapest places I could find in this area. It's not horrible, I haven't had too many issues. Parking is great, you can always find parking spaces near your apartment. I am a little hesitant to be outside alone at night, because I've heard some things about crime out there, and also I've seen many raccoons and other little animals outside many times. We do have somewhat of an ant problem, but they seem to be limited to the bathroom, so hopefully some ant traps will solve that problem. The place was pretty dirty when we moved in, but I suppose that just means we won't have to clean it very well when we move out!
