I scheduled an appointment w/ Dr. Perez to have a mole removed. Sat in the waiting for 45 minutes, then sat in exam room for 25. Finally his assistant rushed in, said, yes, we can remove that, just make an appointment. I told her I did and that is why I was there - well, she didn't have time to do it. She sent me across the hall to their ""skin specialist"" who tried to sell me on a $700 skin treatment! No one spent more than 30 seconds looking at my skin. They billed me for $100.00!! No returning appointments for me!
