I have to agree with the other reviewer. When we moved to Houston from Washington, D.C. we phoned them up for assistance and fell in love with Michelle and Annie!! My partner and I have a sense of well-being knowing that they are watching out for us in regards to all our insurance needs. Overall I think we're paying a little more than some companies but we're maxed out on coverage and I just love that we can contact folks directly and get an immediate answer. Thanks to Michelle and Annie, we never have to worry about our insurance needs!!!! Love ya both, Scotty
Pros: Always available by phone or email when you need them.
Cons: Somewhat high in price overall but worth it for the personal service you receive.
