I just called to get a quote on a room, and they were rude. Didn't even answer the phone in a polite business way. if your looking for nice customer service this is not it..And the Knights INN in SMYRNA GA, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE...THEY ARE DOUBLE TIME RUDE, THE CABLE AND INTERNET DON'T WORK IF IT RAIN, AND HOUSEKEEPING WILL COME IN YOUR ROOM EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON YOUR DOOR...AND THEY CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH.
