I arrived at LA Nails on a Sunday to get a fill-in and pedicure for my bridal portraits the next day. I sat and waited an hour before the manager finally spoke to me and when she did she told me that they close at 5:00 and I would only be able to get one of my services done. I told her it was for my bridal portraits the next day and I would not have time to get them done. This did not matter to her b/c she again told me that they close at 5. First of all, it is not my problem that they did not have enough people at work to accomodate the customers they had that day, secondly, I am a customer and I had been there way ahead of closing time, two hours to be exact and they should honor me and my time. I am thoroughly disgusted with them and will never spend another dime there. There are several nails salons in the area that do a better job anyways.
