Purchased a bed about a year ago and relocated to Virginia. Called them and very nicely asked about getting some missing parts, after originally spending $200 on just the frame. The clerk was extremely rude and would not discuss the matter with me. He condescendingly said to buy some bolts, which I explained that we already had. Husband called back to speak to the store again, trying to compromise and find out information about the part to see if we could buy it locally. Clerk said, "I don't have time to deal with you, you're on your own." I am appalled with this business and their lack of professionalism. The least they could have done was spend 5 minutes helping us out. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.
