We spent $15,000 for landscaping services from Marshall's, and approximately 70% of the items died within a few weeks. They said we would have to wait until spring to replace anything. They have a policy about replacing the items, but at a cost. This seems fair at first. But when the majority of the items die, the replacement cost can be very high, especially when they add labor charges. We tried to negotiate with them, and then, one day out-of-the-blue they came and ripped every piece out of our yard when we were not home. Their business tactics are highly suspect. Remember, we paid them $15,000 last year. Buyer Beware.
