Any discharges from the facility are carried out in accordance with regulations of the State of Alabama Department of Public Health.\r
Since smoking is not allowed within the facility, those residents who do smoke are allowed to do so under direct supervision of staff.\r
This requires the resident to smoke outside on the porch. It is unfair to imply that the only thing my very caring staff does is sit outside and smoke. This staff works very hard.\r
The state of Alabama allows a maximum number of hours between the supper meal and the breakfast meal. We must comply with this serving requirements.\r
