They're expensive and they get you in so many ways that you have no control over. We used their cylinders for many years and one year the backup cylinder was found to be empty. They said they'd check it for leaks... haha, they "didn't find a leak"! So we were assumed to have used double the yearly amount we normally did... no recourse, no refund. Then they made us switch to a 100 gal tank, informed me the yearly rental was $20 higher than we had paid for cylinders, did NOT inform me there was a $200 charge every year if I didn't use up the propane. There's no way I could use so much! \r
There's lots of places in fact EVERY propane company is cheaper than Ferrell Gas. Do yourself a favor, call around.
