Starr's charged $230 for a transmission fluid flush with no pan drop or filter change. I trusted them and after a few days lost over a quart of fluid from a hose they disconnected and used a substandard clamp to reconnect.\r
I didn't receive priority when I brought it to their attention and was told they didn't swap the clamp, although they were the first one's to service it.\r
I fixed the leak myself and gave them the clamp back. I called the dealer and they only charge $170 for the same service and brand/type fluid.\r
I feel like I've been deceived and raped...
