Very poor customer service we have an ongoing complaint that has never been resolved, managers will not return our calls. The front desk admin woman is quite possible the rudest person I have had the misfortune to have a ""dialogue"" with, she was more interested in getting out the door than cooperating with customers, perhaps some sales training is required on her part. \r
We spent a considerable sum on Zyosia grass and instead 70% of our lawn is now weeded crabgrass...not what you expect for the money. I would give this business no stars but that was not an option.
Cons: expensive, poor quality, bad customer service
