We have ordered several times from Siam Village Restaurant, and based on our last orders, I would have given 4 stars...however, our most recent order was not as good as previous orders, even though we ordered the exact items we always order from the menu (Green Curry Chicken, Vegetable Pad Thai, etc.) This time, the sauce for the Green Curry Chicken was too runny-almost like soup broth. It was always thicker before. It even had less flavor. It made me wonder if they had watered it down. Even the spicy peanut sauce was thin-it didn't have the chunks of diced peanut in it like before, it too was runny. I hope this was just a one-time thing. We will order again one more time, but if our next order is not better than the last, we will look around for another Thai restaurant in Centreville. We were ALWAYS happy with Siam Village before, just the most recent order was less than satisfactory.
