We have been going to Foscari since they opened over 15 years ago. We travel to Italy several times a year for business and all i have to do is describe one of my cravings to Maria and she gets the flavors spot on! My favorite dish is the Zuppa di Pesce. Light tomato broth steaming hot loaded with fresh fish, shrimp mussels and clams. My wife loves the fish specials that are always so creative. Last night she had Halibut and it had this absolutely delicious Galiano sauce. Don't fill up on the bread...its so hard not too. They make their own focaccia and bake it hourly. Their tiramisu rivals the ones from Italy. Another of Maria's secret recipes. We have been long time fans and will continue to be.\r
