I had never dealt with such a rude low class business until I had to speak with these people on the phone. We had a limo service booked, but unfortunately we had to cancel due to family emergency. We couldn't get our money back, which was disappointing, but we understood. We were given a ""credit"" for what we paid for and we tried to book a limo before the ""credit"" expired. We were told that nothing was available and that ultimately we were at a loss. There was never any contract signed with the terms, so basically they got away with $400. I think I really could have dealt with the fact I had ""lost"" the money, but they were EXTREMELY rude and condescending. The woman hung up the phone on me twice and made rude remarks all though out our phone conversation....consider yourselves waned.
