I was a fan of Famous Dave's until I was served raw chicken in the form of uncooked chicken fingers. The manager seemed surprised that I was disgusted at having bitten into a piece of raw chicken and offered to try and make things right by taking the meal off the bill. A second attempt at eating chicken fingers there a year later also resulted in uncooked chicken. I don't know if they're just not putting them in for long enough, or not, but it's enough to turn me off the place for life.
