Within 2-3 Hours after making my purchase of a used 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan the fuel pump went out, and the passenger window went off track. I called the next morning to discuss bringing it back in to do the repairs, and was told too bad. I was told that I purchased the vehicle ""as is"" and that I got a great deal on it and that was just how it was. I told Jim the salesman that I purchased the vehicle for the exact amount they had the vehicle advertised on the internet for, and not a penny cheaper. I felt that the purchase price had no bearing as to them fixing the vehicle. I have purchased many new and used vehicles in the past and have NEVER been treated like this. I would never recommend Roberts Auto Center to any friends, family members or anyone in the general public. In fact I plan to make banners to put in my windows to reflect this as well. Don't take a risk with them. They could sell you a lemon and not fix it either!
Cons: SERVICE- LEMONS- RUDE after the sale. Just wanted to make a sale, never mind customer needs.
