I called Gunnison County on 7/3/2008 to ask about the fees and was told that it would cost me $26.00 to record a release. I also asked if there was a certain form that I needed to send in. I was told there wasn't a certain form to use as long as it had the important information as name, document number, and legal description. There documents were returned saying it was the wrong form and that the cost was only $21.00. I am not very happy about this! Now it is going to take almost another month before we get the Release back and then mailed onto the customer.
