I do not know who you came into contact at that store (though I have a fair idea) but I have been buying from Kay for years and she is the sweetest, most wonderful woman, and a very friendly and courteous, and hands-on businesswoman. She will go out of her way to make sure you get what you want, if there is any way she can get it for you. Unfortunately, you cannot rate, or berate, Kay's store based on one bad employee. There is always one somewhere. I say, give Kay a chance, you will not be sorry
