I knew when I booked my appointment that the service was going to be iffy. The receptionist was trying hard to getme off the phone, and was not comforting at all. I drove to the place and it was in a horrible location next to the canal. I entered into this small cramped front area, and then I was serviced. While washing my hair, the lady got my whole back wet, and she didn't even blowdry it up! I got my hair highlighted, but the stylist completely messed it up and i had french fry styled highlights. The service was overpriced, the location smelled bad, and the whole place was overpriced! I do NOT recommend going there, not even to by products! If you want good Aveda Service go to another location in the area.\r
