Terrible Customer Service! 7/1/2008

Our fence was installed in August/September 2007, and it was warped and otherwise in terrible shape (with boards falling off, nails sticking out, etc.) by October 2007. After 8 months of missed appointments, unreturned phone calls, and broken promises that someone was coming to repair our fence, it still has not been repaired. The company has removed ~ 1/2 - 2/3 of our pickets (these were pickets that the company agreed to replaced), but they have not yet been replaced. We therefore now have the older, warped boards with nails sticking out of them sitting in our yard, with a majority of all pickets in our fence still completely missing, and the fence (or what is left of it) looks terrible. The workmanship, in our opinion, seemed terrible, but the customer service was even worse (by far the worst I have ever experienced!). Even the owner, Mario, keeps giving us the runaround. Save yourself the headache and hire another fence company! Pros: NOTHING! Cons: EVERYTHING! Poor workmanship, terrible customer service! more
