WOW! How refreshing to see a chef/restaurant that is UNAFRAID to take chances. The food was unlike anything I've had in Salt Lake City. Flavors and ingredients that may or may not sound ""right"" together are mixed and matched seamlessly into something fantastic. I'm always complaining that there are not enough ""local"" non-chain restaurants in the valley, but Citris is a welcome diversion from the cookie-cutter places.\r
The kid who greeted us had an attitude that was something far less than enthusiasm, but it didn't quite reach the level of rudeness, so I guess I won't hold that against Citris.\r
Our server was perfect. The beers, waters and sodas were offered before the old ones ran out. The menu was varied and very reasonably priced. \r
We started with the chicken Wings and they were among the best I've tasted in Utah, or anywhere else for that matter.
Pros: Interesting, Unique menu.
Cons: The greeter was not very cool.
