I have been trasformed by working with Mike Babbit for the last 3+ months 2 times a week. I am a stay at home mother whose back often hurt from taking our son in and out of the crib and car seat. Pros: Clean, friendly, and challenging enough to promise awesome results!
Cons: Expensive but worth it since your health should be number 1!
