My wife ordered a sandwich and salad and the meat was to tough to chew. She did eat the salad and bread but while checking out she mentioned the problem with the sandwich and was confronted with a barage of insults and accusations that the sandwich had been eaten and meal would not be discounted. My wife tried to reason with the manager but was told to not come back to the store. The food had always been very good but this one experience and the way they decided to handle was beyond anywhere acceptable to us. It was only a sandwich i think we can understand a little tough meat on occasion from anywhere but the attitude displayed is what makes you come back even when the meal may not be up tp par. This woman was completely off base and over reacted to a small problem. It has cost them more than they know.
