I spoke to a couple of these representatives. I gave them my information and asked for proofs. The person that I originally spoke with never responded to my inquiry. Instead it was passed on to someone else that responded by telling me they couldn't do what I asked, but wanted me to come in and chose what they had in-stock. They chose this route instead of asking me if I wanted them to work on what I had already provided to make it print ready. They did not respond again until after I emailed them back and that response was the exact same one with misspellings and all.\r \r Very poor customer service.
