I have been going to Geena for 2 years for Japanese thermal straightening, deep conditioning, color, and cut. I have been extremely pleased with the results, and have had multiple compliments on my hair. I always feel that Geena listens to what I want, and incorporates that into the finished look, while still maintaining her high standards. She is honest with me about the state of my hair, and what I need to be doing to keep it strong and healthy. She is a kind and good-hearted person, and goes out of her way to accommodate me in the appointment times that work for me.
