I had used this dry cleaning service in the past without a problem. This specific time i left an item on a Monday to pick up on Thursday. I confirmed w the owners for the pick up date. Thursday morning i go to pick up and they have a sign on the door that they are closed!!!! i left several messages. It was important that i had that specific garment that weekend for a special occasion (a wedding) I got a responce Monday afternoon from an agry man saying it was ""all my fault for not reading the sign"" i admited to be upset when i left the voicemails but he apologized. My husband went to pick up the garments expecting at least a discount bc we had to end up buying another garment due to their lack of communication. As the woman co-owner was going to give a discount the man owner refused to do so and got into a verbal fight with my husband saying that i had admited it was all my fault over the phone (NOT WHAT I SAID) he old my husband i should have picked up wednesday like the ticket said. I kept the ticket and it had an L on it not Wednesday. I specificly asked if i may pick up Thursday bc i worked late Wednesday and she said it was fine. In the end i really feel they should have given us he garments free of charge due to all the inconvenience they caused. They didnt and they yelled profanity at my husband and made him pay full price for garments he couldnt even wear...FRIGHTFUL BUSINESS
