I had 3 scheduled appts. The 1st one, with Dr. Rollins,when I got to the office and waited 15minutes, the girl at the desk told me she was sorry the doctor had death in the family and had to leave. I was understanding, things happen. I asked why no one called me. I was told they called my home # not my cell. I asked that they would call my cell first since I work, they noted that on file. The 2nd appt, after waiting 15 mins. was told the Dr. Rollins left because his sinus's were hurting him. Again no one called my cell phone and was told by the girl in the office ""don't shoot the messenger I don't make the phone calls"" Even though I didn't show any anger towards her. Made a 3 appt with Dr. Macaione the head of the practice. I get there and upon walking in was told he left sick. Again no called!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE
