I had a reservation for para-sailing, which was canceled without being notified. When I show up for the reservation they tell me that it had been canceled because they were running behind. \r

Ok, that would have been fine, had I not planned my whole night around this event. They failed to contact me to let me know that they would need to reschedule, and were very rude about it when I arrived on time. They could have offered a future discount for their failed service, or the very least, an apology, but they didn't. I would not recommend the Ski Run Marina, especially not on weekends or holidays.
