Contacted Airnex Sales person (Ms. Vaji) in mid July-08 regarding their overseas program. My 1st question was the quality of the line and if I can try their services (using a calling card first) Ms. Vaji assured me that the quality of the line is very good. So I agreed to switch from AT&T to Airnex. So far the experience has not met my expectations. I knew that I will not get the same quality as I got from AT&T for overseas calls, but the lack of quality does not justify 30-40 cents per minute that I save. I hardly can get a connection for calls to Iran and when I get a connection either the quality is bad or the line drops after couple of minutes.\r

I have contacted Ms. Vaji and Airnex support and basically after the 3rd call they are telling me this is what you get for a discount service. Ms. Vaji's attitude lacks professionalism and credibility.
