I have always shopped at Margaret's anytime I was in Louisville. I was there two weeks ago and as usual paid in cash because I had always received a 10% discount. I reviewed my receipt and did not get a discount. I went back into the store and asked the clerk about my bill. She said they only gave that discount one or two times a month now. I certainly wish I had been informed of the policy change before I paid my bill. Stores who change policy and do not inform the customers are doing us a great injustice.\r
