HORRIBLE SERVICE!\r
We took our boat to Palmetto Boat Center because our trim stopped working. They took two weeks to have the trim motor magnets replaced. I understand that it is a two hour job to remove and replace the motor. I went in several times to check the status of the job and no one would acknowledge me let alone give me a straight answer about progress. When we finally got it back we took it out and the trim motor made a loud grinding sound so we returned the boat to them. After waiting two more weeks of summer boating season I drove to the place and went in. I could not get a straight answer again. After another visit and several phone calls Marty told me that they had forgotten about our boat and would have to order a new trim motor (another weekend lost and more money). Save yourself a lot of aggravation and use another ""service"" center. \r
