My son is now 4 years old and despite spending nearly $1,000 in this store over the period of time, the owner refused to make good on a return as it was outside of their incredibly restrictive 7-day return window. The reason it was beyond the 7-day window was because the owner takes a lunch break from 2 until he feels fit to return, and despite me being there between 3 and 4:30 every day for a week, the store was never open for me to make a return. When I mentioned this to the owner, he said it was my responsibility to call to ""make arrangements"" so they'd have been there to accept the return,\r

As if the return policy were not bad enough, the healthy dose of bad attitude that went along with it insures I will *never* spend another dollar in this store.
