I was there this past Sunday. the Huntley has the worst customer service in Los Angeles. When I got there the valet didn't come to assist me and merely pointed to drive off the drive-way. They never open my car door and ask to assist me. Then the waiter at the Penthouse forgot our order while other late comers already had their food served. Our breakfast took more than two hours. I will never return to the Huntley nor eat at the Penthouse. It is indeed the worst customer service in Los Angeles.\r
