If you're looking for a great workout that keeps you in shape and having a ton of fun, this is definitely the place for kickboxing! Taking agression out on a punching bag never felt so good! Plus, the other members are really great and share the same passion for the club. The martial arts programs are also terrific and have helped me build a solid foundation of self defense and sport sparring. Keven (owner) is incredibly kind and focused on the bettement and growth of all his students. I recommend this club over any gym, hands down.
