i pay $46/month for ""broadband"" high-speed internet since my apt complex uses ONLY american communications. their customer support is terrible. any service requires a 3-4 day wait. my internet goes out all the time, and then i have to wait for them to come out. they dont offer a refund for the downtime. secondly, its SLOW. ive done speed tests and it literally is comparable to a 56k dialup connection. this is THE worst internet ive ever had. slow, unreliable, and expensive for what you get. STAY AWAY!!
