As someone new to Boston, I was hoping my first experience in the North End would be a good one. Bacco did NOT provide that. We were told by the hostess that the wait would be 35 minutes. An hour and a half later, after asking twice and being told ""Only a few more minutes"" we were finally seated upstairs. The tables are crammed together, which really wouldn't have bothered me if people, especially the waiters and waitresses, wouldn't have kept hitting my chair and knocking my purse off evertime they walked by.
Pros: Pretty setting from the outside
Cons: food, service, value
