I was very disappointed with the customer services at Napa Bowl as I did not feel welcomed in their facility. I arrived with a party of eight one hour and twenty minutes before closing. The assistant at the desk was very cold, and he did not want to serve us. We bowled two games and we still had about thirty minutes remaining before they closed. I walked to the front desk to pay for a third game; however, he refused to set up a new game. The Manager told me that we only had twenty minutes left and we could not finish a game. Approximately ten minutes later, the manager allowed another party to play new game. I felt disrespected especially because the members in the other party were white, and I am African American. I usually do not pull the ?Race Card? but I could not find another explanation. There are several other bowling alleys in the Napa area; Please avoid this establishment. Thanks. more
