Using this company was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in moving. They seldom told me the truth about their service and prices and it was difficult to get them to accept my phone calls. Pickup was a day late(due to truck breakdown) and not on time. Delivery was again a day late(truck breakdown again) and items were missing. I was told one item did not fit on the truck and would be delivered when the company was in the state again, another item was missing from the shipment and a baker's table arrived in pieces--unfortunately, 3 other pieces and the screws were missing. The company does not stand by its word or it contract. They will tell you anything to get the business but then not follow through. My salesman dropped me after I agreed to the deal and never spoke to me again. Also, when the pickup was taking place I was advised of a higher price and the price increased to more than double. For example, because they did not bring enough blankets, they charged me for the boxes they broke down to use for protecting furniture. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company to anyone. As it is, I feel I will be arguing with them for quite a while to get satisfaction. I have moved a number of times, but his has to be the worse service and reliability. Pros: I should probably be grateful that more isn't broken or missing Cons: This company does not stand by its word more
