I brought my computer here for minor repairs and was told the turn around would be only two weeks. No one called to confirm the repairs or give me an estimate so I call at least 5 different times. Each time I got a different answer, that the parts were being ordered, the repair guy was out of town. Two months later I go into the store and speak with the owner who happens to be the one who fixes the computer. He never received any messages I left, just went into the back room, pulled out my untouched computer and asked what needed to be done. His lame apology was more insult that sympathetic. I was appauled at how a computer could sit in a computer repair shop for two months and no one notices. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. DO NOT GO HERE! Worthless employees who are more concerned about their physical image than that of their business.
