I've been to almost all Vietnamese restaurants in the San Antonio metro-region and have come to discover that Kim Tran has BY FAR, the best Spring Rolls in the city!! The Rice Wrappers are not completely full of grease, but offer just enough for the pallet. The Nuc Maum is right-on the money served with a generous portion of lettuce. I highly recommend Kim Tran!!
