I booked a limo ride from LAX to Oxnard California and because of the fires in Ventura County canceled my car. They proceeded to charge me anyway. I understand mistakes are made but when I called I was told twice the manager was not there and the person on the phone had no idea when it came to transactions. So I called back to be told that the manager was busy and would call me back in 1/2 hour. One hour and 45 minutes later I called again and the manager told me that it hadn't been that long since my last call and that in fact they hadn't charged me th efull amount only ""captured"" a fee. This is incorrect as I explained that my card was in fact debited $180. Not only did they insinuate I was a liar but noone ever said ""sorry"". They then sent me a reverse of payment for $o.oo to be credited to my mastercard. I had to call back again to get another receipt that stated in fact I was due $180.01. Again not apologetic at all and could of cared less. DO NOT USE THEM!
