My home warranty company uses them so I am forced to live with it. They came to fix the microwave and I had to show the repairman how to take the bottom off the microwave using a simple screwdriver. They claimed they did not have the part and would have to reschedule. On the day of the reschedule, they called and stated the van had been broken in to and my part and two others were stolen (but none of the other equipment)
