i think they could do so much better when it comes to enforcement of child support instead of putting them in jail and haveing them lose their job so they can pay even more of their support . its a catch 22 . you find out they have a job , the you enforce the support they lose the job and you the parent who has the child everyday still don't get paid.

Cons: never get to talk to case manger
