I had scheduled an appointment at Arielle Bridal and had a family emergency in which I needed to cancel the day of. Naturally when the situation arose cancelling my appointment wasn't on top of my priorty list. I did call about 45 minutes past my appointment time just to let them I wouldn't be in. When I called to explain I wasn't going to be in the woman that answered the phone had a huge attitude with me letting me know that my appointment time was 45 minutes ago. I have never had anyone be so rude to me over the phone before. I didn't even bother to let them know there was a reason for my cancellation. I'm glad I found out now rather than later that customer service is not a priorty at this salon.
