I was told I would have to wait a 1/2 hour for my hair. I ended up waiting 2 hours. I had to leave, do some shopping and come back. This is not the stylists fault because I know other appointments run over and sometimes clients want more done to their hair than expected but the receptionist should have odne a better job scheduling the appointment or the stylist should have told their client to come back another time if they wanted additional things done to their hair. That was the second time I was there and both times I had to wait way longer than expected. My first stylist Olivia was great, the second time I came I can't remember her name but my hair looked horrible. I am going to come backto Olivia for sure. I rated the salon poorly based on the time management and the wait but Olivia is great, definately come in and see her.
Pros: Olivia is a great stylist
Cons: long wait, receptionist seems kind of clueless about answering questions
