As the owners of Flyte, it has been difficult for us to decide whether or not to respond to guest reviews after they are posted. We take all of our customer feedback very, very seriously and it is because we take it so seriously that we have decided to respond to the most recent review posted by LovetoEat1978. We were extremely disappointed to read about their poor experience, and thanks to their detailed account of the evening have already ascertained the nature of our mistakes.
