I have ridden at the ranch 3 times. Today was my last. I took my 21 year old daughter who is mentally challenged for the second time today. The first time we went we had a great time. The guide we had was very nice and helpful. Today the manager spoke to her in a very rude and disrespectful manner so we left. If you have or know someone who is mentally challenged I don't recommend riding at Rolling Hills. The manager and owner are both in dire need of sensitivity training. I don't know if you can be taught human decency and compassion but if so they should both sign up for a class. Obviously we will never go back.
